liquitex pouring medium my first experiences

I first saw a video on YouTube on pouring acrylic. golden has come out with fluid acrylics/high flow acrylics to replace their air brushing paints that can be put in markers or poured with a pouring medium onto canvas or wood panels. i decided to try out pouring it onto canvas. my first endeavor i did over a box using plastic cups to hold up the corners of the canvas. a few things i found out on my first experience with this medium. its messy, fun and creates beautiful work. If you do not use a level surface while drying it will pool to one side. I'm not quite sure how long it should take to dry at this point i did it Sunday and it is sat the weekend after and it still feels tacky to the touch on the top to me doing more research on how long it should take to dry and if i need to cover it with another layer of something a resin of some sort. my order of a gallon of pouring medium came in today so hopefully more pictures to follow. although i have more colors coming in the mail so i may wait for that to happen.

you can see the pooling on the darker one the light one is drying nice and evenly. the other few are mini canvas boards since i was running out of pouring medium.
